Here's the back story.

Adulting In A Nutshell

Before cancer happened, I was known as “Jaymee Joaquin”, a TV and movie personality in the Philippines. But on the way to fame, I desired for anonymity and got curious to see the world out there. So I quit my job, packed my bags and traveled the world alone for freedom and adventure.

I visited 24 countries and lost count with cities! I lived in Australia for a year, Spain for 4 years, and have been in the US for 7 years. Then an ER PR+ stage 2b breast cancer hit me in 2016 which gave birth to my artist name, “Jaymee Wins” as a positive self-reinforcement. In 2019, early metastases were caught which bumped me up to stage 4. I’ve been on active treatment since then. Yup, I’m now a metastatic breast cancer thriver and have cheated death too many times!

Having gone through all of that, I’m inspired to empower my followers with their own life hurdles. My hope is that sharing my challenges yet continuing to live life fully will motivate you in making those little wins happen for yourself. Here’s to finding the path to healing, clarity and good energy! With one step at a time, we can get there. Excited to keep winning with you!
